Clientes Registrados

Los clientes registrados en KEA IMPORT S.A.C. han ingresado sus datos de forma voluntaria, asumiendo que son verídicos y actualizados. La validación de esta información es responsabilidad del cliente. Tratamos datos personales conforme a la Ley 29733 – Ley de Protección de Datos Personales y su reglamento (en adelante, “Normativa de Protección de Datos Personales”). Estos datos son almacenados en bases de datos propiedad de KEA IMPORT S.A.C.

Un cliente puede dejar de serlo por decisión de KEA IMPORT S.A.C. sin necesidad de justificación. Al comprar y/o recibir una factura o boleta de KEA IMPORT S.A.C., el distribuidor o cliente acepta esta política comercial.

Productos y Precios

Los precios y productos en https://keagamerstore.com pueden diferir de los ofrecidos en otros canales de venta de KEA IMPORT S.A.C., como tiendas físicas o publicidad. Los precios en este sitio son válidos únicamente mientras aparezcan en la página y pueden ser modificados sin previo aviso.

Los precios están expresados en dólares americanos y en moneda nacional (sol). Incluyen IGV, pero no incluyen costos adicionales como transporte o accesorios no especificados. Si se detecta un error en el precio de un producto, se contactará al cliente antes de procesar el envío, pudiendo cancelar el pedido si fuera necesario.

En caso de que un pedido exceda la cantidad permitida, se detendrá temporalmente para coordinar con el cliente la reposición de stock. Si se cancela un pedido ya pagado, se realizará el extorno correspondiente.

Stock

KEA IMPORT S.A.C. actualizará constantemente la disponibilidad de productos en el sitio. Sin embargo, puede descontinuar productos sin responsabilidad alguna. No se garantiza un stock mayor a 2 unidades durante el proceso de despacho, y los productos agotados no aparecerán en el sitio.

La aprobación de solicitudes de compra estará sujeta a la disponibilidad de stock, precio y validez de los datos del cliente. Si alguna validación falla, se notificará al cliente.

Políticas de Entrega

Plazos de Entrega: Los plazos de entrega serán de hasta 4 días hábiles en Lima Metropolitana y de hasta 4 días hábiles para envíos a provincias.

Horarios y Cobertura de Entrega: Las entregas en Lima Metropolitana se realizarán de lunes a sábado, de 11 a.m. a 6 p.m., y la cobertura se extiende a los distritos especificados en nuestro sitio.

Medios de Entrega: Los productos se pueden recoger en tienda o se enviarán mediante entrega a domicilio o a provincias a través de agencias seleccionadas por el cliente.

Confirmación de Entrega: La entrega se confirmará mediante firma del cliente o envío de la guía de remisión correspondiente.

Costos de Entrega: Los costos de envío variarán según el distrito. No se aplicarán costos adicionales para recojo en tienda ni envíos a provincias.

Forma de Pago

Los pagos en la Tienda Virtual https://keagamerstore.com se realizarán a través de tarjetas de crédito y/o débito. Aceptamos Visa, MasterCard, American Express y Diners Club. El uso de estas tarjetas estará sujeto a los términos de su respectivo emisor.

Products and Prices

Prices and products on https://keagamerstore.com may differ from those offered through other sales channels of KEA IMPORT S.A.C., such as physical stores or advertisements. Prices on this site are valid only while displayed and may be modified without notice.

Prices are expressed in US dollars and national currency (sol). They include taxes but exclude additional costs like transportation or unspecified accessories. If a pricing error is detected, the client will be contacted before processing the shipment, with the possibility of order cancellation if necessary.

If an order exceeds the allowed quantity, it will be temporarily halted to coordinate with the client on stock replenishment. If an already paid order is canceled, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Stock

KEA IMPORT S.A.C. will continually update product availability on the site. However, it may discontinue products without any liability. A stock greater than 2 units during dispatch is not guaranteed, and out-of-stock items will not appear on the site.

Purchase requests will be subject to stock availability, pricing, and the validity of client data. If any validation fails, the client will be notified.

Delivery Policies

Delivery Times: Delivery times will be up to 4 business days in Metropolitan Lima and up to 4 business days for shipments to provinces.

Delivery Schedule and Coverage: Deliveries in Metropolitan Lima will occur Monday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., covering specified districts on our site.

Delivery Methods: Products may be picked up in-store or shipped via home delivery or provincial agencies chosen by the client.

Delivery Confirmation: Delivery will be confirmed via client signature or by sending the relevant shipping guide.

Delivery Costs: Shipping costs will vary by district. There are no additional costs for in-store pickups or provincial shipments.

Payment Method
